We'll send you your prepayment statement twice a year, just for your information. It’ll show you the payments you've made and how much electricity or gas you've used. You don’t need to do anything, but do contact us if you feel something isn’t right.
It may show payments you've made since your meter reading was taken, after the balance was calculated. As you pay for your energy up front with a prepayment meter, your statement might say you're in credit. These payments will go towards your next statement.
If you are repaying a debt through your meter and you want to reduce or clear the balance, you can make an extra payment using the giro slip. Details of how to pay are on the slip.
